Great location , apartment floor plan was good, the size of one bedroom as very adaquate.

We've moved in January 6th of this year & has had every problem an apartment could have: cracks in the ceilings and walls, smelly, dirty, worn down carpet, marker on the walls, roaches, drafty windows, sliding door is broken beyond use, trash and food under appliances in the kitchen, the chain lock on our door wasn't screwed in.... Not to mention we decided to pay more for a renovated apartment, but only the light fixtures are new

Management has been ok with responding to us, but this apartment... should have never been rented out in its condition - especially considering a fee they tell you you have to pay for the certificate of occupancy...

We're still waiting to see if they will make any major repairs, if so I might change this review.
