Amazing place to live, i just renewd my lease. The city view is priceless. Only thing people should mind more their business but i guess is part of living in a condo. That said is still remain a really good place next to city but away from her noice and traffic.

I’ve been a resident for several years, and unfortunately, the experience with building management has been consistently disappointing. Issues are rarely resolved in a timely or effective manner, and in many cases, they are not addressed at all.

Over the past seven years, there has been a clear pattern—concerns are often met with defensiveness rather than accountability, and management tends to tiptoe around problems instead of taking ownership and driving solutions. As a resident, it’s... frustrating to repeatedly raise issues without seeing meaningful action or follow-through.

Currently, there are multiple ongoing problems throughout the building that continue to go unaddressed, which only reinforces the lack of responsiveness and urgency from management.

At a minimum, residents expect clear communication, accountability, and resolution of basic concerns—none of which have been consistently delivered here. Read More

Moved in yesterday and the move was very smooth, communication with staff has been great, the building is quiet and has excellent amenities. Great experience so far!
