In my experience, this has been the worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. The rent, fees, and ongoing issues have caused significant stress, wasted time, and financial frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values peace of mind, clear communication, and fair treatment from management.

The pool area has no real oversight. People smoke around the pool, non-residents come in, and weekends are basically unusable for actual residents. Management seems more focused on getting signatures than explaining anything or solving problems. Communication is extremely poor, and Avalon Customer Care rarely responds even after repeated emails.
If you want unresolved problems, unclear management decisions, and zero accountability, this is the place to live.
