I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place has the potential of being a great place to live, but the management and maintenance are incredibly incompetent. They are good at making themselves look busy but they are absolutely useless.

I do not recommend this property or company. The policies and procedures they incorporate are very inappropriate. Overall the grounds are not pretty and the pool needs attention often . Junk mail is always filling up the mail room and I’m often having to go to the post office because of mail. The leasing staff is very unhelpful and I’ve tried to address this with them on several occasions but corporate is unwilling to listen. Residents do not pick up after their dogs but it’s not enforced. If... you are two days late on your rent you have a letter from their attorney.
