Wonderful building and staff! I remind myself every day how much I love my apartment! Office and maintenance team are super responsive. The property is always kept clean, and you can't beat the location!!? Ideal for NYC commuters or people like me who love to hop on the train for bit of city energy!!

I’ve been living here for almost seven years and it’s been a great experience. The fitness center, club room, and pool are all well-maintained, parking is attached (separate fee) and the train station is right across the street (plus a great Black-owned coffee shop!). The neighbors are friendly, the leasing staff is wonderful, and maintenance is always quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Third & Valley is a great place to live. The staff is courteous and the amenities are awesome. They even throw events like an annual summer barbecue. Keep up the great work, Third & Valley!
