I could hardly believe it’s going on eight years since I moved in. My experience here has been nothing short of rewarding. The community, staff and even neighbors have contributed to my comfort here. The fitness center was recently upgraded with new equipment and the building continues to host community building events. We just had a fun valentine day gathering that was lots of fun! Everything is within walking distance and an easy commute into the city.

We moved to Third & Valley one month ago and we are super happy. The building itself is really nice, clean and cozy, the neighbors are cool, the management is very helpful, and the neighborhood is small but cute. Couldn't have chosen a better place!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Two minute walk from the train station which makes commuting into NYC a breeze. The amenities are excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool, a club room, and shared spaces.
The staff truly sets this place apart. The maintenance team is responsive and reliable, the concierge is always helpful and honestly the best! The leasing office staff is professional and friendly. The residents here are friendly and the noise level is low.
If... there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be the parking situation as the lot is shared space with commuters. However, it’s manageable but not the strongest feature of the property and from what I understand, it’s separately managed.
Overall , it’s a great place to live!
