Neighbors are friendly. Good amenities. Maintenance is helpful. Can always stop in the office if you have a problem. Relatively quiet and clean.

The community is beautiful and quiet. The staff and residents are kind. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The view of the marina is lovely.

Overall quiet and safe community. I wish the pool was open longer though. I enjoyed the gym and convience of the Amazon hub. Maintenence is friendly and helpful.
