A well organized and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and on point with any issue we have had so far. And the amenities are well kept and make the building a well worth living experience.

We have had multiple issues with the management response from Danforth office-- we have had to send multiple emails for each issue. The coffee machine in the lobby breaks down a few times each month, and the management won't address it unless a resident repeatedly asks. Also, when we first moved into this apartment, several of the appliances broke down: first the AC wasn't working, and the management offered a fan in 90 degree weather when I was pregnant too. The staff is nice!! Neighbors are good too. The amenities are really well maintained and available for your use. If you need something repaired, you're request is answered pretty quickly. Overall the place is a very nice apartment building yo live in.

After moving out at the end of my lease, the property management sent me a check to reimburse me for the security deposit, and the check BOUNCED. NY law states that the deposit must be returned within 14 days. It took them 48 days to replace the check. My calls and email messages to Willow Bridge Property Company went unanswered throughout the waiting period. Following a letter from my attorney, the check was immediately replaced.

Living in the Danforth is a pleasure. Staff is friendly, professional, and efficient.
