Overall experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming environment and neighborhood. However, I would be remiss not to mention that it would be perfect if the units included a washer and dryer. We received our keys promptly on the designated time and date. The apartment was extremely clean when first entering with new appliances and finishes. Overall I recommend the somerville garden apartments!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now. So far it’s been great! My electric bill has not been as high as the other reviews- October it was $50 and November it was $80. I’m expecting it to go up this winter but definitely not outrageously expensive. I also turn the heat off during the day as I go to work.

There is plenty of parking and the new management has added new appliances to the kitchen. I have requested to management that they add a bike rack to the area as there are plenty of... great bike paths and parks in the area. It would be great if they can follow up on that request.

Hard to even rent this place considering they don’t ever get back to you. I’ve called numerous times and sent numerous emails asking to be in their waitlist or get an idea of availability but no response ever. Guess they don’t want new tenants. If they’re so unresponsive now before someone moves in, I’m sure they’re way worse after one moves in
