They're old and overpriced! The laundry rooms are always dirty, tenants throw garbage on the property, and the dumpsters are always overflowing.

Great property
We recently moved in and love our apartment. Management is always on the property and available for questions. The new pickle ball courts are a great add!

Good place for grad students/postdocs
The units are older, but within a good price range for graduate students and postdocs at Princeton. We used outdoor parking, which is included. The hardwood floors are nice; there is a lot of storage space in unit, and maintenance is very quick. My partner and I have lived here for 3 years (2 bed/2 bath), and we have had very few problems. One issue we did have last summer was with bugs, but that ended up being a quick fix once an exterminator came in and sprayed. We also put down gel, and the... problem resolved itself. Issues with bugs only happened one summer(2020), throughout our 3 year stay.
Washer and dryer is shared between units, but we have always been able to do laundry when timing it correctly.
The AC wall units are very efficient. We usually only pay about $40-$50/mo for electricity, and I run the AC often. Heating and water are included, which is great. All in all, this company is very reputable compared to some of the other experiences that we had when moving to NJ. We were happy with our apartment for the 3 years we lived here.
