TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE.
0/10 live here if you want terrible management who doesn’t help or fix any problems in the building. Or a daycare with screaming kids you could hear every single week day.

worst customer experience
I submitted my maintenance request in 2022. The property manager came and took a look at it. He told me it will gets fixed next week. Next time I remind him, he gave me the same answer, next week. Now is February 13, 2023, nothing gets fixed.
If you complain too much, they just ignore you completely and telling you you are rude.
There is a construction site nearby. So loud noise day and night. Police siren at night wakes me every night. I bought white noise machine. I still get headache... because insomnia. Oh, and lost packages.
There are some building issues.
The only good thing is there is no monthly pet fee.
