The building and apartments are overall well-maintained. However, after several years of residency, I have noticed a few recurring issues that could benefit from improvement. The elevators breakdown each year, the package area is often disorganized, and the intercom system is outdated and unreliable. Additionally, the new office staff can come across as rude, unapproachable, and communication via email is often delayed or goes unanswered.

Haven’t officially moved it yet but so far so good! Love the location. Love the parking garage across the street, loved the size of closet and bedroom, loved the washer and dryer build in unit!

I consistently have no hot water. Makes it impossible to wash a dish in the kitchen if I dont want to use the dishwasher which means I consistently have no hot water for my shower. This is at least 2 times a week per week per month. * Plus the ice maker in the community room has not worked in at least 6 months. * The packages are a mess - making another room for it will not resolve that no one manages the packages and they are all over the place. Perhaps a cubby per unit would help.

Love living in the building , met a lot of residents who are very friendly. I requested a few things to be fixed in my apartment and the maintenance men show up the next day. It’s been an absolute pleasure living here.

We love our apartment and location, as well as the cleanliness of the building, however, the intercom/buzz in system has been down for over a week and it makes it difficult for us to have guests, because we live at the opposite end of the building from the front door.
