Love the community and our staff especially maintenance! Beautiful community, amenities and apartments! Club room is my favorite with the new remodel / upgraded furniture! The pool table & coin-op machine is my favorite!

The building and apartments are overall well-maintained. However, after several years of residency, I have noticed a few recurring issues that could benefit from improvement. The elevators breakdown each year, the package area is often disorganized, and the intercom system is outdated and unreliable. Additionally, the new office staff can come across as rude, unapproachable, and communication via email is often delayed or goes unanswered.
