This complex looks pretty on the surface, but it is full of issues including sprinklers that have frozen and then flooded at least 5 of 14 buildings within a 15 month period. The "community run" Facebook page is run by the spouse of the maintenance lead who removes comments that ask questions or complain about... work being performed by her spouse or the property manager. KRE, who owns the compex, does not acknowledge or respond to inquiries from tenants.
