This complex looks pretty on the surface, but it is full of issues including sprinklers that have frozen and then flooded at least 5 of 14 buildings within a 15 month period. Garbage is left to pile up. Snow removal can take as many as 5 days before you can park or walk safely. Follow up for salting icy ares as the snow melts is virtually non-existence. The "community run" Facebook page is run by the spouse of the maintenance lead who removes comments that ask questions or complain about... work being performed by her spouse or the property manager. KRE, who owns the compex, does not acknowledge or respond to inquiries from tenants. The town has been alerted and residents have reached out to local officials to help which, so far, have gone unacknowledged. The local fire department has indicated that the recurring calls to them are the result of improper pitching in the roof of the sprinkler pipes and overall use of cheap construction materials installed with little care or expertise.

Do not move here
Multiple flooding incidents across multiple buildings. Throwing away people’s belongings while doing clean up. Floors popping up. Holes in baseboards. No communication of anything meaningful. Property manager Cindy Aldrich when she chooses to respond is rude and condescending. Maintenance team is incompetent.
