Landlords enters your apartment without permission. Loud squeaky noises from upstairs neighbors. Does not return full security deposit with proof of damages

I have been living in Metuchen Manor since mid-August and absolutely love the apartment. Many of the apartments were recently renovated (one year ago) and have hardwood floors, granite counter tops, all new appliances, soft close drawers in the kitchen and TONS of closet space. You can tell that the apartment complex is well cared for. My only complaint would be that the water in the shower occasionally changes from extremely hot to freezing cold.
