Safe, well maintained, nice place to live
I have lived here since 2019. The apartments are very well maintained, and provide a safe place to live. There are plenty of areas to walk, and is close to many parks. The management is very responsive, the few minor items that I have had issue with were corrected immediately. I can't say enough about this complex. Great neighbors!!!

Garbage Dumpster Outside Tenants Windows
The pictures of the inside of the apartments looked good so I stopped by to look around by myself and see how the rest of complex was. When I was walking around, I noticed there was a very large dumpster behind one of the buildings filled to the top with junk. The dumpster was longer than a car and parked right outside people’s windows.
I found a resident walking a dog and asked her about the dumpster and she said it’s been there a year. When I asked if residents complained about it being there... , she basically said complaints were made, but management didn’t really care.
I was really turned off by this. You don’t make paying tenants look at garbage, especially when there were other places on the property it could go that were away from the building.
This to me was a red flag. I don’t know who made that decision, but placing a dumpster outside of tenants’ windows tells me the owners/management couldn’t care less about their residents.
The building with the dumpster outside people’s windows was the building with the number 10 on it. If you decide to live here make sure you check out the view from all the windows. Otherwise you may end up keeping your windows closed all the time.

Great Place to Live
I have been living here for 8 months now and I can’t complain about a thing. Everything is so perfect here. I love that I’m on the second floor with a balcony. Our court is ready good and everyone is so nice and polite. I would highly recommend renting an apartment here to anyone that has a family of 1-3 or friends. I love all the cats and dogs that I see everyday. All are friendly. I’m thinking I’m going to be living here for a long time. But not too long. I’ll be retiring in less... than 15 years so I hope to be down south right after retirement. But for now I’m loving being where I am. Thanks Joanne for all you did to make my move in smooth and easy. I absolutely love it here know matter what others may say. When I came to look at the place with my mother you had said I would love it here and you were right.
