NO HOT WATER
DO NOT LIVE HERE!

My job requires me to move around a lot. Over the years, I have lived/worked in several cities great cities and areas throughout the US. This has to be one of my worst choices(time crunch decision). We have loved everything about our move to the Philadelphia area apart from living here.
It's really a shame since the location is great and the apartment size is rather large. Still I will not be renewing my lease. Since Oct. 2025. my apartment hasn't had functioning... hot water. Maintenance just keeps checking but not fixing the issue.
The list goes on. My neighbors have been plagued by pest/rodents, somehow we thankfully have not any issues. I know some of the other building have issues with heat so this list just keeps going on at this place.
I've heard from locals in the past, this was a great place to live. It no longer is! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Mice every night
Every time I wake middle of the night I’m busy catching mice. Kitchen always clean , no food out , swept mopped no dishes in sink and I still deal with mice every night it’s ridiculous waiting to move out

Garbage is Everywhere
Garbage is disposed everywhere and dogs pee on the elevators and hallways. Urine leaks from the unit above me into my bathroom. Management does not respond.

Horrible
Moved in Nov 2024. The hallways are dirty they drag your trash down the halls when removing it so you can expect to see trash in the hallways due to tearing of the bags. Elevators work when they want and are filthy, management is deplorable horrible customer service! Our building roof was damaged due to the recent wind storm now my whole apartment is destroyed due to the recent rain storm. Every room is damaged even closets all of my personal property is ruined management showed no sympathy... thank god for renters insurance. They demo my apartment still with my belongings inside my apartment is down to the studs and we have been displaced for days
