Looks nice, but . . .
Cheaply built place for the money they are asking. Looks nice, but mostly everything in the apartment is tenant grade and hastily installed. Hardwood floors are cheap quality. For some reason, they went with hardwood floor in the kitchen as well. Maintenance requests are ignored. Software agreements are easier to comprehend than the lease. Research the area's crime rate, because it's not good. Parking garage is tight. Maintenance stores equipment along side the tenants' cars. Garage doors... malfunction constantly. No one addresses any of it.
