Smooth transition moving here from out of state, very responsive communication from Julian in the leasing office and the community itself is veey well maintained and welcoming!

My husband and I have lived here for over two years and have been very happy overall. The finishes, space, and amenities are hard to beat in this area—most comparable buildings offer significantly less space for higher rent and feel like generic gray boxes. We love our view of the cliffs and the warm wood cabinetry in the kitchen.

There have been a few challenges, including the transition between management teams after the building was sold and extremely tight garage parking spaces (our sedan... requires a carefully executed multi-point turn to park). That said, the on-site gym and parking are still major perks.

The location is a nice balance: walkable to both Hoboken and Jersey City Heights, though it's about a 15-minute walk to most coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in any direction. The shuttle helps for getting to the Hoboken Path on business days, but the long walk can be annoying in bad weather. Like anywhere, there are tradeoffs, but it's remained the best option for us.
