Been here since March 2026. Living at 65 Bay has been great so far. No complaints. Package room is tidy, amenities are kept very well, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. So far so good.

I’ve had a great experience working with the leasing team at 65 Bay. As a local broker who focuses on luxury leasing buildings in the Jersey City area, I really appreciate how easy, professional, and responsive their team is throughout the leasing process. They are always helpful with questions, scheduling, and making sure clients have the information they need.
Brianna, the leasing manager, is especially great to work with. My wife and I have been at 65 Bay Street for four years and have no complaints. The building is well-maintained, management is responsive, and the staff is genuinely easy to deal with, which goes a long way.
Common areas are always clean, any maintenance issues get handled promptly, and the location is solid. It is a beautiful and well-run building. Would recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 65 Bay and have had a great experience overall. The building is well-maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and everything Jersey City has to offer.
What has stood out most during my time here is the staff and management team. Everyone has always been friendly, responsive, and professional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’ve... created. Any maintenance requests or questions I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently.
Living here has felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming, which is why I’ve stayed for so long. I truly appreciate all the hard work the team puts into making 65 Bay a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I have lived in two apartments in this building. My first unit was on the north side of the building on the 33rd floor and it was a 1 bdrm w/ den. I had a nice view of the city. I recently moved to a 2 bdrm unit on a higher floor on the south side of the building and my view of the city is incredible! 5 min walk to Exchange Place or Grove Street PATH and the light rail is just across the street. Onsite parking (not free) is super convenient. Nice gym, nice pool, and a great rooftop lounge. The... leasing office team is nice, professional and responsive and Candace always has a smile. The doormen are super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and I have not had an issue that was not fully addressed. The only ding I have is when an elevator goes down, it really impacts the time it takes to get up or down in the building.
