This is a good place especially with a great location right next to the PATH which is convenient to get into the city. Also a good community nearby.

The community overall is very quite, but sometimes I can hear the noise from upstairs. I also heard people talking on the phone mid of the night, which was supper annoying.

I've had a generally positive experience living here. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I've submitted were handled promptly and professionally. The community is quiet and safe, and the amenities like the gym and package room are convenient. Management has been responsive, though communication could be improved at times. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and hassle-free place to live.
