Renters beware
Very poor and cheap management. Moved into a “renovated” apartment, within 3 months many things began to fall apart. Cabinets fell loose, hvac needed repair, scuffed walls because they were painted without primer, tub chipping all around and rusting, drain flies for months, unkept garbage room and common facilities, poor water quality, unruly neighbors. An unfortunately, horrible living environment and management. Nice area, but definitely not worth price.

Very nice
I have lived in my apartment for 9-months I truly enjoy the 1 -bedroom
apartment. My apartment looks just like a VIP Hotel. Especially the lobby, and the hallways and each apartment doors. I know I'm not going to win
but it was nice to let someone see how I feel about my VIP/Hotel/Apartment.
