I have been living at 20 West Holly for a year now and could not be happier. Walking through the front doors is like entering my own castle, from the chandelier to the marble paneling it is absolutely breathtaking. My apartment is newly renovated and has the most beautiful custom finishes that anyone would love to have. The building is well maintained and exceptionally clean as well as having easy access to the well know downtown Cranford shops and restaurants. I live alone here and could not... feel safer anywhere else. A beautiful neighborhood with parks and great nightlife to top it all of. Family orientated area. Tenants have been helpful. The complex is well kept. The actually apartment is modern with all of today’s finishes. Upto date appliances.
The landlord is very accessible and caters to most if not all of our requests. Would recommend this complex to friends.

I recently rented a completely renovated unit at 20 west holly street. I wanted to be in the beautiful town of cranford so I started my search. After viewing many properties i finally came across 20 west holly and could not believe the renovation completed in this unit. 13.5 foot ceilings, custom kitchen with built in appliances, beautiful quartz countertops with waterfalls and gorgeous bathroom with porcelain tiles.
