Hi, I’m Nicole Shamlian, an associate broker with Maxfield Real Estate in Wolfeboro, NH. Having vacationed in NH since childhood, my husband and I purchased a small second home in Wolfeboro in 2001. I’ve been lucky to call Wolfeboro home for the past 24 years, after making the move from being our second home to full-time life here. Before real estate, I spent 20 years in the high-tech world as a documentation and training manager—but when I made the switch, I never looked back. Since then, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate all kinds of real estate transactions. I don’t focus on just one price point—I believe everyone deserves knowledgeable, professional representation, no matter the size of the property. I especially love working with first-time homebuyers and retirees—whether it’s their first step or their next big move, I enjoy helping people feel confident and informed along the way. I have a Bachelor’s in English from St. Michael’s College and a Master’s in Technical and Professional Writing from Northeastern University. I also hold a broker’s license here in New Hampshire. When I’m not out showing homes or negotiating deals, I love spending time with my daughter, Siobhan.
