William has been wonderful as our onsite maintenance technician and fixed our water heater quickly and efficiently. It’s such a comfort knowing we have someone reliable and capable taking care of things in the building. We really appreciate his help!

Besides the noise in the apartments facing the parking lot, the building is fine, after 3 months leaving here the AC stop working on a Friday evening, in just an hour they kindly brought me 2 portable ACs and told me that the problem will be fixed on Monday, and today (Monday) they said that someone is coming on Wednesday, so now I have the noise coming from outside and inside with those portable AC, I mean this is a terrible way to fix a problem that could take a couple hours with a decent... maintenance company, looking to move away in the end of my agreement.

The soundproofing is horrible. You hear all tbe road noise. Sounds like a drag car race track. You hear the loud music from the restaurants until late at night. Construction during the day. We were advised the soundproofing was amazing. Not the case. We can hear our neighbors. Its labeled as luxury. This is not luxury.

I have been a resident here for a few months now and must i say this place is awesome!! I originally toured with Nathaniel and hen provided me with the best leasing experience i have ever had. He is so knowledgeable of not only his building but that village in whole. He helped choose the perfect unit for myself and i don’t think i will ever leave. I feel like I’m walking through a 5 star hotel everyday but nope it’s just my home! My favorite part is going out to the courtyard on a nice night to... cook some steaks and sit by one of the fire pits. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to move tot
