Since moving into this property, we’ve had a terrible experience. Initially, we were told our unit was new, but upon arrival, it was filthy. The office informed us that if we wanted a deep clean, we would need to pay and get reimbursed. To make matters worse, the property lacks a courtesy patrol, allowing residents to do whatever they please. Parties continue until 4 am, and cars are vandalized in the garage. Residents park in the future resident parking lot to avoid paying for parking.... Management claims that people don’t follow the rules but fails to enforce them. This place is poorly managed, and I strongly advise against it if you can.
