I lived here for a little over two years and the last year has been terrible. People always being loud and slamming doors all night. When you complain to land lord nothing is done. People let their dogs crap all over the place even the side walk. Trash everywhere place looks like its the projects. You have to wait hours to even do laundry because no one is considerate enough to get there laundry at reasonable time. I thought they were picky on letting people into this place but they let anyone... all they want is your money. People drive way too fast no speed bumps terrible place for kids and dogs. Never got security deposit back. Place was a waste of money and honestly a gross dirty place. Smells like urine through hallways people let their dog pee all over the carpets. Tons of not friendly dogs.. even tough its "dog friendly" horrible encounters in the hallway and felt scared that the dog was going to bite me or my child. This place is out of control. As soon as I left it was like the biggest relief.

Dog friendly, but money hungry
This apartment complex is great if you have a dog because it’s one of the few to allow pets. Problem is when you move out. Don’t work too hard at getting your apartment move in ready as the move out instructions state because you’ll get charged ridiculous fees anyway. We paid a professional cleaner to clean the apartment top to bottom after we had moved all of our stuff out, and the charges for cleaning were hundreds of dollars more than that cost, so we got very little of our security deposit... back. Charged $300 for painting all the walls? That’s normal wear and tear that shouldn’t come out of my pocket. Do not recommend if you don’t need to live there because of a pet.

Good but..
I've lived here for about 4 months and it was great but the smell of wet dogs and dog urine in the stair well and the hallways we just gross.
