Called waterford to put in a work order 4 times about our dishwasher not washing the dishes well or cleaning it.tony from maintenance came out did not even look at it just turned it on and said it works fine aka does not want to put in the effort. We called again and John came out from maintenance and said did you clean the sprayers out and clean the were all the dirt goes and then said try jet dry also to make it work better. The dishwasher is very old and needs to be replaced and waterford... does not want to replace it they just want us to have junky application that dont work at all.
So now this is the 5th time we called about the dishes washer not working now it does not even spray water you put it on and the heater just goes on thats it.
Very frustrated to say we pay alot of money for theses places already so to ask maintenance to come bring a new dishwasher is it to much to ask. I guys it is. We need new maintenance people somebody who takes there job seriously not do it half.

Not safe
Parking lot is unnecessary acceptable. Vehicles have been vandalized multiple times. No attempt from management to install cameras or fix poor parking situation. Also apartment show evidence of past break in attempts. Would avoid!

Great place to live if you can afford it. The units are nice and property is well-kept. The property feels very safe and secure. The package room and amenities are also secure and my things have never been stolen since I've lived here. If you are looking for a nice, quiet area to live around Manchester, this is the place to go. It's close to Market Basket, Walmart, Target and gas stations so it's easy to get around. The only reason we decided to move is because of the price.

Horrible Place to Live
Terrible place to live! The apartments are small, way overpriced, everything is broken all the time, and the management staff is horrible. They are constantly rude, miss things, and honestly do not seem to care. Would not recommend.

I am very happy with my experience so far. I moved in one month ago. The building is quiet, amenities are excellent. The gym is top notch with new equipment (Peloton Bikes). Whenever there is an issue Maintenance is never more than 24 hrs. away. I had an issue with my washer and dryer and hey just replaced it with a brand new one with 48 hours. I would recommend 5 Stars
