We moved in this summer and have unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with maintenance. Since moving in, we’ve had to submit numerous work orders—up to twelve—for issues related to the interior of our apartment. Despite these requests, new problems continue to arise, and it typically takes about a month for maintenance to complete a single order. It is unacceptable for an entire community to rely on only one maintenance person; the team clearly needs additional support. We do not... recommend anyone to move into these apartments.
Currently, we are dealing with flies and gnats entering through the windows into the apartment and a hole near the showerhead. We were told the apartment was “move-in ready” and in new condition, but that has not been our experience.
This situation is frustrating and unacceptable, and we expect prompt and thorough action to resolve these issues.
