I was able to take over an existing lease, and management went above and beyond to help coordinate everything and make the transition smooth. Communication was prompt, questions were answered quickly, and the move-in process was straightforward.

The... apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It is modern, well maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fitness center, which has more equipment than the average apartment gym and may eliminate the need for a separate gym membership altogether.

There is a sense of community walking in these doors, created by the management team. Little details around the complex, community events, and engaging newsletters.

The Highline is a great place to live! Both rooftops (inside and outside) are amazing, and the property is kept in great shape. Amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, etc.) are great. The office/maintenance team is responsive and friendly.

The apartments at this building are very spacious. There’s lots of amenities in the building is very clean and the staff is also very nice.

The location is amazing. It’s close to lots of different things to do downtown and the amenities are also very exciting.
