I love the high ceilings, natural light, laundry on each floor, quiet community and spacious floor plans. Also as a retired active older adult, I feel safe and secure. Very important features for me. Orpheum Tower is seriously one of the best apartment buildings I've had the pleasure of living in! My partner and I have lived here for four years, and things have only gotten better. Our property manager, is super friendly and the maintenance team is always on top of things -- requests are always resolved in the most efficient manner and if they aren't able to fix it same-day, they make sure to communicate all updates with us. Communication is always prompt and thorough for everything! And... between the updates to the lobby, the laundry room, and elevators, you can really tell that a lot of care is coming from management!
