Been here going on 16 months now and regret it completely. When you first check it out it seems like a nice place, new construction, nice designs, decent amenities, but it's a very cheaply built place with unfortunate surprises galore. One of the noisiest apartments I've ever been in, you will hear everything through the floors and walls. The materials and construction are cheap materials and misaligned cabinets and drawers. The complex uses a Geokey system for access with no other alternative... requiring you to use your phone always for any door or entry. You will also be stuck with fees and services for the entirety of your lease you can't get rid of or change, internet has to be the one they use (can't get your own) trash service is required, garage you are stuck with and can't cancel, it all adds up quick. And for the price you'll end up paying each month it quickly makes this place not worth it at all. Truly wish I never moved here. Bad communication, Amenities delayed/ erased. Geokey is a nightmare impossible to gain guest access because they never respond. Built cheap and fast with sliding door separating letting cold air inside.

Modern sleek finishes in a great location.
Staff is excellent an very attentive.
