My experience with move-out billing raised serious concerns. I was charged for a full-unit repaint after long-term tenancy with no clear evidence of damage beyond normal wear. When I requested documentation, the response focused on payment deadlines and potential credit reporting.
I paid $100 under protest to avoid risk to my credit.
Please go in informed: keep thorough records, take photos, and require detailed, itemized support for any charges.

DO NOT LIVE
It is hard to get ahold of management, whenever you call the hotline number you have to leave a message and the AI they have will try and respond. If you go into the leasing office they will tell you there is nothing they can do and call the hotline. It takes weeks to months for them to fulfil a maintenance request if at all. Sinks are constantly backing up with dirty water, their ceilings leak (request was put in to fix that almost a year ago) they told me to put a bucket under it and they will... be in the next business day to fix, they never showed. A form for a disability paper was filled out to break lease and they are making that a hassle, if it is not one thing it is another.

Terrible
Not only they don’t reply, to emails, or phones; the decided to have an appointment system where you cannot go and talk to them unless you have an appointment by phone or email which they don’t respond to at the first place. So lazy to do anything even responding back to their tenants no matter how urgent or simple the request is. Lastly, they charged my account extra month without even reaching out. Really really stay away !

Wouldn’t recommend
I lived in this building for two years, and not gonna lie, it was a relief to move out. Management was often difficult to contact, and when they did respond, it was often obvious they hadn’t listened to the whole question. I think there was only one maintenance guy for all of the properties they managed, so we would go months without a response to maintenance requests. When we left, most of the gym equipment had been out of order for almost a year. Things are also pretty cheaply made in the... units. But it’s not just management. Some of the other tenants didn’t treat their home with respect. There were spills left un cleaned in hallways and the elevator (sometimes bodily fluids), and you’ll often find passive aggressive or outright aggressive notes left around the building. And another note- the Cubby’s across the street is sketchy. Expect to see a lot of police activity.

Do Not Live at Jones 13
The quality and service of Jones 13 is the worst I’ve ever experienced. On 3 separate occasions I had water leaks, 2 ceiling and 1 window., in 8 months. On 2 of these occasions my property was destroyed and it could have been prevented had there been any sense of urgency. Management was unhelpful and maintenance was completely inept. It’s hard to describe how frustrating it is to live somewhere where management doesn’t care about you, the building, or your property at all. Whatever you do,... pop don’t live at Jones 13.
