Before elevate living, took over dealing with people in the office with so much more professional and easier to do! Now you can’t even call anybody in the office you have to physically go down to the office to talk to anybody and then once you get down there all they do is direct you to call somebody else because they are too lazy to pick up a phone and do any type of customer service for you unless your perspective tenant because they want your money… But once you’re in most of the people in... the office will treat you as though you’re a burden! There is so much mold!!! The maintenence is horrible they never fix anything. EVERY SINGLE MORNING IT SMELLS LIKE WEED!!! There's only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building and the washers have MOLD, dryers don't dry at all. Parking is ALWAYS a hassle. Staff is rude. The first week I moved in my fridge wasn't working and had a bunch of gnats in it and all they did was wipe it with bleach wipes which I am allergic to and said as long as it stays on it still works. All my food went bad. Night time... security is no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone! When I moved in they didn't let me see the apartments before I moved in. The people in the leasing office are incredibly rude. They ignore phone calls, send back your packages and are disrespectful to the residents. The covid response here was abysmal, they didn’t cancel late fees or offer any emergency relief or assistance in the height of the pandemic. The *perks* of living here are a filthy, tiny gym center which also houses the package hub, and a small outdoor pool that is closed for the majority of the summer. Rent goes UP every year for their mediocre services... and they offer no incentives to stay. I’d never recommend Camelot apartments to ANYONE. Elevate Living is not terrible it’s just the property they own. The office staff have no clue what the hell is going on. My kitchen sink almost flooded, I was told to wait til monday(I called on a Saturday night), only to call 5 times and they finally came out on Thursday. My bathtub flooded. They cut a whole in the ceiling above shower head to fix the tenant above me pipes apparently, it was done 2 months prior to me moving out and was never... fixed but the maintenance guys told the office it was done. Service is wonderful. But apartment seems expensive for what you get (considering age of the building). I believe there are better choices if you are willing to pay little extra about $50-$100, for that very reason I moved. Just to say for that extra I have microwave/ washer / dryer in the apartment and large balcony and storage.
