Planned to renew, but ongoing AC failures and roach issues changed everything
I genuinely liked my apartment and fully planned to renew my lease, but that changed due to repeated maintenance issues and poor follow-through.
My AC first broke on May 15, was temporarily “fixed,” and then failed again a few weeks later. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a portable unit, which was installed incorrectly and didn’t work until I fixed it myself. Even now, the apartment has not maintained a comfortable temperature, and no clear repair timeline has been provided.
I was... also told the unit was “working” and felt blamed for the issue, despite the setup being done incorrectly.
There is also an ongoing roach issue that has not been fully resolved. I went from planning to stay to deciding not to renew based on how these issues were handled. If something goes wrong here, expect delays, incomplete fixes, and minimal accountability.

Love the windows
The windows here are absolutely phenomenal, all of the natural light really helps you feel like you're connected to all of Dundee. Everything is clean and brand new, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooftop deck is a wonderful place to spend time hanging out. Location is fantastic!!!

Awesome Apartments!
Everything here is brand new... and the space is light and open. Tons of restaurants and bars just around the corner. Definitely makes life easier knowing that there aren't nuances of other older buildings. I love this place! Staff is very friendly as well... they've gone above and beyond to help me feel welcomed and at home.
