Another gem in Benson
Absolutely love Benson Lights! Their studios are pretty unique with a sliding door making it feel like a 1 bedroom. Love that the w/d are located in the very spacious closet. Tall ceilings and great natural lighting. The community areas, fitness center and pool are all amazing! Cannot wait for the warmer weather. The meet and greets they put on once a month are super fun! The staff are so friendly and very approachable. It’s nice to know they are just a text message away. Literally takes a 2-3... minute walk to get to the main strip of Benson where all the bars and restaurants are. Such a fun area. Highly recommend Benson Lights!

Best Apartment in Omaha
Benson Lights is amazing. It is so secure so I always feel safe and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Also, the amenities are incredible!!

Best place in Omaha!
Great place to live! My wife and I have been looking for the right place to live since moving to Omaha 2 years ago and we have finally found it! Their 1 bedrooms are the perfect size for us and we love it! It is right down the street from all the Benson bars but we have been to busy in grilling and hanging out in their awesome pool area. -Chris Schmitt

Location, Value, Style
Great place to live, I love the artistic industrial look. Not much apartment housing opportunity in Benson and this place is brand new. Happened upon it and I am glad I did. I highly recommend living here, the staff even knows my dogs name. I walk to the bars and to the restaurants nearby; can't beat that. I cannot wait for the pool to open!
