Screen door Screen was coming out of frane. Maintenance was here within 1/2 hour. Repaired and re-insralled 15 minutes later.

Ceiling leak Had water dripping from ceiling. Maintenance came out, diagnosed where the water was coming from. Fixed the problem. Even came back later that day and the following morning to verify that it was fixed. Cleaned up a small mess in the Maintenance closet. Out standing!
