Good maintenance I don't have any complaints about maintenance, would be good not having any but I understand the building is almost 40 years old and it will have some issues and lie I said they are fast and very good taken care of any issues

Lightning fast! I submitted the work order and within an hour maintenance had shown up and fixed my dishwasher. I have NEVER experienced maintenance staff as efficient as the Fountain Glen staff.
