You can't beat the location - just 10 minutes from Carolina Beach and super close to downtown. We really like the charming cottage feel of our fenced-in patio and beautiful jasmine vines.

The units are surprisingly soundproof, and we haven’t heard any noise from neighbors. Plus, we can walk down to the restaurant at the golf course for a drink or meal. Another plus, the clubhouse has a Port City Java coffee machine, and the staff is always friendly. We're thoroughly enjoying life here!

Moved in June 2023, first day we moved in there was a sewage smell in the bathroom that was immediately reported to the office. Maintenance came multiple times with no resolution. Continuously begged the office to send a plumber because smell was unbearable. They kept sending different maintenance people with no resolution. Finally after pestering the office for an entire YEAR they sent a plumber in July 2024. Can’t figure out the issue, so they don’t know what to tell me. Fair warning, plumbing... issue is in 123-CW so if you are going to sign a lease make sure you don’t get trapped into this unit. Smell is not a constant but occurs a few times a week after showering so you may not smell it when you tour the unit but if you make the mistake of signing here you will find out quickly. Air conditioners also leak in all 3 rooms and cause damage to the walls but I was informed that that is “normal” for air conditioners. These townhomes are tiny and only 750 square feet. They are nice but VERY small and the heat pump units leak down the walls.

I love the Beau Rivage community. I love the peaceful surrounding and awesome neighbors. The townhomes are so beautiful and unique in design. I just love living here and I thank God for my luck in finding Beau Rivage! You will love it here!

I enjoy living here. Place stayed dry during worse storm in years, comfortable and safe, Great neighbors and lots of tenant activities.
