Aboretum Village is a hidden gem. The staff Nikki and Alex are amazing and professional. They go above and beyond for tenants. In addition, they work extremely hard to put on fun festive events for tenants. Everyone I have met upon moving are warm and friendly from retirees to students it is a great place to live.

Seems nice at first but…
Theses look nice from the outside. Once you move in you’ll see shoddy work, like paint and scuffs on the stairs, my shower was disgusting when I moved in, they had to bring someone in to redo the shower floor. It’s incredibly buggy and if you say anything you get the answer “Well, it’s NC”. The community is a revolving door. In 2 years I’ve had 3 next door neighbors in the townhouse next to me. And don’t get me started on the parking. They assigned spots but people park in handicapped and... striped spots. Or they’ll park in your assigned spot. If you complain they tell you that YOU should call the tow company.

Amazing Property!
We have never had a better experience anywhere with customer service than we have had at Arboretum Village! Matt and Jordan in the office are amazing and always go above and beyond. As we were selecting our unit and completing our lease agreement they made the process easy and answered all questions. They are always prompt in responding when there are questions or if additional information is needed. Matt in maintenance is amazing too! The property is beautiful with lots of attention to detail... you typically may not find in a rental community. We moved in a week ago and we look forward to being here for a long time. We really can’t say enough great things about Arboretum Village!

Awesome place to call HOME!!
I was looking for a place for my kids & boyfriend last minute. Matt was so acomadating, sweet and informative. I looked at so many places before & after seeing this place I fell in love with Arboretum Village. The fact that it's a small community and has everything that I wanted for us and the kids was amazing. The community that's here and the management was spot on. Any issues that I've had which wasn't many were taken care of right right away. Matt the manager is always hands on & on top of... any small issues. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my family. They will bend over backwards for you. They r very animal friendly as they have a paws hall of fame. I can't say enough good things Abt Arboretum Village they r the BEST!!!!
