This apartment is horrible. I lived here for 3 years and at first the management was great. New management took over and it started to go downhill. Trash was always outside making the complex have a smell constantly . Made complaints about upstairs neighbors being loud because the walls are extremely thin. I decided to move because of numerous reasons and requested to do a walk through with the manager and she stated she would do it on her own, I declined and stated I wanted to do it together... well she didn’t show up. I then filed a complaint on the manager and she did the walk through and uploaded form stating my carpet was in acceptable condition and must of received my complaint after and is now trying to charge me for carpet replacement. There was no damage as well Pictures that manager sent show no damage. I have contacted the district manager every day for seven days and have yet received a call back regarding this matter. Only thing that make them stand out is that cable and water are included. Horrible management. Walls are thin. You can hear ppl come up the steps. Heard my neighbors full argument. Can literally tell you what they were arguing about. Empty raw chicken packs in the stairwell for weeks which tells you maintenance doesn't do well with keeping up the property.
