While it may not look great as far as curbside appeal goes, it is actually a pretty good value as far as apartments go. The two bedroom apartment that I stay in has ample room in the common areas, and the bedrooms, although the living room has an awkward layout and few cable drops, making setting the living room up difficult. The bathrooms are both standard size, and the washer dryer area is plenty big, while also offering overhead storage. The staff working are always various courteous, and... while you may run across some "sketchy" neighbors every once in a while, most residents have been great since I have been there. The biggest complaint that I have about the apartments is the lack of pet waste bags, which is a far to common occurrence.
