Chateau terrace is a great place to live! The office staff is so friendly and as well as the maintenance people. Anytime I ever needed maintenance on anything they were always there same day or next day if it was too late in the day. The office staff is always kind and courteous and willing to help. The neighbors are also great as well!

Grounds are always kept nice and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. The office staff is friendly and professional.

One of the more desirable communities in Wilmington. Older, yes but with age comes wisdom and this complex is a smart choice for everyone looking for a well kept, nicely laid out complex that focuses on the important stuff like the tenants that live here. Staff is pleasant and professional

The office staff is superb. My neighbors are great. The location is awesome. The outside may look a little old but they keep the inside beautiful. The handy dandy maintenance guys are so quick and efficient. The price is very affordable and I don't see myself moving anywhere else.
