Chateau Terrace has been my home for a long time now . It’s is such a great place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful . My neighbors are so friendly ! Susan and Glenda in the office are always quick to help and some of the kindest women . Chris is by far the best maitenance man out there. He is always ready to help and fix whatever is needed, I love living here !! It is my peaceful place .

I’ve lived at Chateau Terrace Apartments since 2019, and it has truly been a great place to call home. The rental rates are consistently among the lowest in town, especially for the value you get. Maintenance and office staff are absolutely top-tier — responsive, professional, and genuinely kind, which makes a huge difference.
One of my favorite things about this community is the layout. There’s no through traffic, and it feels like its own quiet little circle tucked away next to the country... club. It’s peaceful, safe, and very well maintained. After living here for several years, I can confidently say this is one of the best hidden gems in Wilmington.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for affordability, great management, and a calm living environment.

Chateau staff, Susan, Glenda and Chris always on the ball. They keep the property going and are always eager to help. The property is beautifully kept up with its gracious azalea flowers and proximity to eateries and a mall. The neighbors are always enjoyable. Kudos to the Chateau staff!!

Chateau terrace is a great place to live! The office staff is so friendly and as well as the maintenance people. Anytime I ever needed maintenance on anything they were always there same day or next day if it was too late in the day. The office staff is always kind and courteous and willing to help. The neighbors are also great as well!
