We've been here for ten months now, just couple of months from either renewing our lease or looking elsewhere. Well, the pros are overwhelmingly outweighing the cons, and we're definitely renewing our lease! No reason to even consider leaving, we like it here!

Overall, this is a great apartment complex. The office staff is always very attentive and respectful. Maintenance is always on top of their work whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond within an hour or so. I never have to wait days for an issue to be fixed.

Quiet and peaceful. Great place to reside. The amenities that were offered when I applied have changed. But they are working on replacing them. Love the pool.

I gave it a low score because the apartment is going down. Having everyone moving and I know children have to have a place to stay but it is so filthy. Trash thrown everywhere with cigarette butts and other types to tobacco (drugs). You can smell it in your apartment. Parking is terrible like I complained before. I have a handicap sign in my car and you have everyone and their family park there. I asked several time for one that says Resident parking and have not received it yet. The lady in... the office said you have to have like a hump next to the space and there is one there which I use to get in my car. Need to check those that have handicap sign and have nothing in their files about being handicap. I went to hell to get Brian to put one there even I had the doctor’s slip sign and everything.
