Redwood Troutman- a place to call home So very well maintained nice newer quality, single level homes with a full-size two car garage and all the amenities. So very safe! Close to 77 and downtown Troutman.

Best staff and great neighbors! We spent seven months living at the Redwood complex in Troutman and never had one thing to complain about. Cam is friendly and professional and runs the office very well. He is proactive in communicating to residents and is always looking for ways to get community engagement. They host events like book club and dog friendly social events!
Also, Mario and the maintenance staff are responsive and helpful, which added to our comfort while living at Redwood.
