This cabin truly is a hidden gem! Not a student accommodation. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water is supplied by a shared well and is included in monthly rent. Electricity, provided by Blue Ridge Electricity, cable and internet, provided by Skyline, trash pickup, lawn care, and snow removal are all responsibilities of the tenant.
