Lynne Lear grew up in Vermont and has been a real estate broker for 34 years, holding licenses in Vermont, North Carolina, and Florida. She owned a three-office agency with her husband in Middlebury, Vermont, from 1986-1997, and then moved to Florida to become the youngest-ever managing broker/vice president of the state's largest real estate company. Lynne has been licensed in North Carolina since 1994, and in 2002 she made the Blue Ridge Mountains her permanent home. With decades of experience and an unwavering attention to the needs of her clients, Lynne brings a unique perspective to the real estate market in her area. She is a vineyard specialist, and the local director for the High-Country Association of REALTORS®. Lynne lives in Banner Elk with her myriad pets and spends her free time cooking and entertaining, skiing, sailing, playing golf, hiking, and taking her grandchildren on adventures.
