Nancy has been absolutely AMAZING helping my sister and I get our dad all set up with the nicest (what I call cottage)!!! The cottage is beautifully arranged and the amenities are wonderful and true to the pictures online!!

I have lived in this area for 17 years and watched the community bloom and I can tell you first hand Amavi is wonderful, the grounds are impeccable and I would not have my dad live in just anyplace!! People are nice and a real sense of community!!

With over 100 homes - the area is kept clean, trash areas maintained, animal areas kept clean, and preventive maintenance quarterly maintence was efficient and detailed!
