The community is clean and well taken care of. The leasing staff is very responsive. There are a lot of apartment layout options and the apartments look new. There’s a lot of storage within the units and the lighting is great.

I've been at Modera LOSO almost one year..It's been pleasure living here. We have an excellent management team and great fun monthly events. Any issues are quickly addressed ,though there have only been a few.

I’ve had a great move-in experience overall. Bryce and James have been incredibly helpful and professional, they remember everyone,s name even though they help so many new residents every day. The move-in process was smooth thanks to the loading dock and freight elevator.
The amenities are excellent and always clean, including the clubhouse, sky lounge, game room, pool, sun deck, lobby, and package room. The maintenance team is professional, friendly, and complete requests very quickly.
The... only downsides are the dog park that is quite small, the lack of grass and trees in front of the building, and some traffic noise if your apartment faces the main street.
My only concern is that as more residents have moved in, a few haven’t been considerate—leaving moving boxes in the trash chute area instead of the recycling dumpster, occasionally leaving food crumbs in hallways and water in elevators, and not picking up after their dog‘s…., overall it’s still a great place to live.
