Top-Notch Amenities — Gym, Spaces, Everything You Need
I’ve been living at Modera LoSo and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The entire property is super clean, the building feels modern, and the amenities are exactly what you want when you’re coming home after a long day. The gym, the common areas, everything is always well kept.
The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. You can tell they take pride in the place. The location is also hard to beat, close to everything in LoSo but still quiet enough to... feel like home.

The staff is great, the apartment is great, location isn’t bad either. Almost everything is a 10/10. The worst thing about the complex is visitor parking. There are around 10 spots for the entire building. You can’t use the open parking lot beside the community either, because that doesn’t belong to them. It’s owned by someone else and they’ll tow you. Visitors can’t go behind gates and there are 0 other options that they give you. I originally thought the first floor was open to guests, but... it’s not. If I’d known how frustrating the situation would be, I wouldn’t have moved into this complex, solely based on that. Otherwise, the apartment is great.
