I’ve had a great move-in experience overall. Bryce and James have been incredibly helpful and professional, they remember everyone,s name even though they help so many new residents every day. The move-in process was smooth thanks to the loading dock and freight elevator.
The amenities are excellent and always clean, including the clubhouse, sky lounge, game room, pool, sun deck, lobby, and package room. The maintenance team is professional, friendly, and complete requests very quickly.
The... only downsides are the dog park that is quite small, the lack of grass and trees in front of the building, and some traffic noise if your apartment faces the main street.
My only concern is that as more residents have moved in, a few haven’t been considerate—leaving moving boxes in the trash chute area instead of the recycling dumpster, occasionally leaving food crumbs in hallways and water in elevators, and not picking up after their dog‘s…., overall it’s still a great place to live.

Nice amenities and rent special! I have lived here for almost a year. Other than normal residential issues (fire alarms going off, trash chute smelling, etc) this place is not bad!

So far Modera has been very safe and welcoming. The leasing staff are always happy to help with issues. We have had a few issues with the fire alarms lately, but they were quickly dealt with. Looking forward to seeing what the next year will look like at Modera.
