They claim to have refurbished the apartments but all they did was slap some paint on the walls and up the rent. The outside is disgusting as well as the insides. The property manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. They pass every cost onto the tenant and take no responsibility for their complex. The new owners do not care. When you point out facts they completely ignore the situation. I would never recommend anyone to move here. LUXURY APARTMENTS MY BEHIND!!! These are the worst... apartments I have ever lived in.

So many better options
We have lived here for almost 2 years now. When Angela was here she actually listened to our concerns and pulled through. But this new manager doesn't do anything. Trash went weeks without being dumped off. No pest control even though we are still paying for it. Our AC keeps going out and maintenance takes their sweet time coming to fix it. No communication between us anymore. July 4 it went out they said we will be there soon. Nothing. We had little kids with us and they do not care. It was 90+... .
I strongly recommend you try any of the other apartments in Shelby nc. Because this place just isn't it.

I have 911 on speed dial
I have been a tenant here for almost 3 years. I have seen a lot on what is going here @ Parkside. This place is not only unsafe, but I would consider it dangerous. There are many other choices to make and all it would take is a drive by to see the dealbated condition of the complex. I made a bad choice signing a lease here... please don't make the same mistake I did.
