I had black mold in my apartment that refused to fix the issue by just replacing the kitchen cabinets and wall. I had snails and rats due to the moisture in my kitchen. If you care about the well being of yourself and family please don't dwell at this rat hole.

Over priced the management is no good - nothing never gets fixed - trash overflow all the time but we pay for trash pick up - grass rarely get cut - the maintenance man never show up to do work - he only here to police the apartment complex - I wouldn't recommend courtyard to no one - all the neighbors are GREAT! ITS THE MANAGEMENT!

I've been living at my unit since June of 2016 and have no complaints at all. Initially, I was hesitant to apply at the property because of the cemetery being so close by. I grew to enjoy the view from my back window actually. The units are spacious, kitchen is big, you have your own private laundry washroom, a storage unit in the back, half bathroom downstairs (great for when you have company, if you don't want to share your personal bathroom), back/front door entry, and I could go on and on... . In my personal experience, the management team and maintenance is very responsive, courteous, welcoming, personable, and works with you in all aspects. Follow up is quick and any concern I presented was resolved satisfactorily. I am very picky and have high standards, so to receive the good service I've received living here has been nothing short of a good experience!! The rent is reasonable, the location is great, and my neighbors are all nice/friendly. My son is able to play in the backyard freely, the neighbors "watch out" for us, the community is all around good, and everyone definitely has given me southern hospitality, coming from up north. I live in a small section, of a small complex, I believe that's what's it called. There are no gyms or pools here, but you have the blessing of driving down to another nighborhood to use theirs! And with a lovely view of a graveyard, I always feel at ease that the ghost of the damned are watching my every move. But really, wish I could live anywhere else in charlotte.
