DO NOT move here. This apartment complex is disgusting!! Everyday the trash area is flooded with garbage. The residents do not bother to put the trash in the compactor so there is trash flying around all the time. There is only one guy that cleans up the trash, so when he’s not here…..be prepared to see any and everything, especially on the holidays. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This is a great location and has the potential to be a beautiful neighborhood, but it’s NOT. The residents are NASTY. Everyday there is trash outside. There is only ONE maintenance guy that takes care of the trash situation, so when he’s not around, it’s a disgusting mess outside, especially on the holidays. I can’t begin to describe how many times I’ve seen peoples trash just blowing around or sitting at the stairs leading to the dumpster. People leave carts in the... neighborhood from the store. Do not move here unless you want nothing but issues. I moved here in November and Within the 3 months i’ve been here, it’s been nothing but issues. The first week of moving in my oven broke in which they took a week to fix, following that issue i had a RODENT infestation in which they did nothing but had pest control come and put down rat poison which did nothing but bring more mice into my apartment. I myself ended up catching them and once again the office did nothing. One of my toilets... flooded the bathroom for absolutely no reason in which once again i had to fix it and maintenance DID NOTHING. The next incident which I’m sure won’t be the last, my stove caught on fire in which the fire department had to be called, the next day maintenance literally argued with me that the oven isn’t going to be replaced as well as the manager Stacy who insisted nothing is wrong with my oven when this isn’t the first time the stove has done this. I’m absolutely disgusted by this place and will be contacting the Regional manager as well as the better business bureau. If your resident doesn’t feel comfortable using a oven that CAUGHT ON FIRE then a replacement should be NO ISSUE. Not to mention i have a 13 month old and a 6 year old. I am absolutely fed up.
